Return and Exchange Policy

If you wish to return or exchange a defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer service via Whatsapp or email within 15 days of delivery to guide you through the process.

Criteria

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, with all original tags intact and in their original packaging.
  • No return or exchange will be accepted for items purchased on sale.
  • We offer the best colour match to our clothes shown in pictures. However, colours may differ slightly due to lighting in pictures, your screen settings and dye on the fabric. Therefore, no returns or exchanges are offered due to colour matching issues.
  • No returns are accepted for wrong size ordered.
  • No returns or exchange on international orders.
  • Cash refunds are not accepted. Approved refunds are made via bank transfers only.

Order Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel the order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the order is processed, the refund and exchange policy applies.
  • MASHRIB has the right to cancel, in full or part, orders for reasons such as - item is out of stock, pricing errors, article found as defective in Quality Control or the credit/debit card payment declined.
